Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive atmosphere for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student development and academic success.
- Participate in school-sponsored extracurricular activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), National Certificate in Education (NCE), or a Certificate of Equivalency where applicable.
- A valid Teaching License or Certification (TLS) is required.
- A minimum of two years of proven teaching experience or relevant work experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
