Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons tailored to primary school students.
- Develop comprehensive schemes of work and daily lesson plans in line with the approved academic curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning and positive behavior.
- Establish and maintain open, professional communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.
- Participate actively in school staff meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular school activities.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Sc, B.Ed, or M.Ed qualification in English Education or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, nurturing, and caring for young children in a primary school setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional classroom management and organizational abilities.
