About the Role

As an English Teacher at Unity Comprehensive Schools, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the language and literacy skills of our students. Your core duties will include:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English language and literature lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Foster strong moral values and discipline among students in alignment with the school ethos.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development programs.

• Possess a relevant academic qualification (NCE, B.Ed, B.A., or B.A. Ed) in English Language, Education, or a related field.
