Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Agricultural Science lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Supervise practical agricultural activities, school farm projects, and experiments to bridge theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous academic improvement.
- Foster a disciplined, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that aligns with the moral standards of our institution.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and departmental planning sessions.
- Guide students in understanding modern agricultural practices, agribusiness potential, and environmental sustainability.
- Possession of a B.Sc., B.Ed., or B.Sc. (Education) in Agricultural Science or a closely related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a structured secondary school environment.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and inspire students toward academic and moral excellence.
