Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English Studies lessons tailored to students' developmental stages.
- Foster a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and effective communication.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to improve reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to enhance curriculum delivery and participate in school-wide co-curricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and behavioral development.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, B.A, or related degree in English Studies or Education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary school is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Montessori principles and early childhood education methodologies is a distinct plus.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and classroom coordination skills.
- Willingness to reside within the school premises in Ugwuogo-Nike, Enugu.
