Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging phonics lessons aligned with current curriculum standards
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methodologies and interactive learning strategies
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Integrate digital tools and technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student development and school initiatives
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement
- Participate in professional development and curriculum planning activities
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or HND in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Valid teaching certification or relevant professional license
- Minimum 3 years of proven teaching experience in primary or early years education
- Strong command of English language with expertise in phonics instruction
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with modern teaching methods and digital educational tools
