Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English Language, Phonics, and Literature to secondary school students.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.A in English Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience in an existing secondary school.
- Strong command of English grammar, phonics instruction, and literary analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
