His Thoughts Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. Since our inception in February 2013 as a crèche and playgroup center, we have been driven by a deep love for children and a commitment to laying a strong, lasting foundation for their future. As an English teacher at our institution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds, fostering a love for literature, and enhancing the communication skills of our students in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere for all students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration on curriculum development and school events.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related relevant field.
- Proven teaching experience in an educational setting, preferably with children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong passion for child development and early childhood education.
