Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Commit to the holistic development of students, fostering both academic excellence and strong moral values.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student growth and school activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular events.
- Possession of relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching English language at the primary or secondary school level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern classroom management techniques and student engagement strategies.
- Teaching certifications (such as TRCN, PGDE, or equivalent) will be a distinct advantage.
