As an English Language Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students' proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension, while fostering a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and academic growth. You will work closely with the academic team to design engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and implement teaching strategies aligned with national curriculum standards and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English Language lessons in line with the school curriculum
- Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Assess, monitor, and report on students' academic progress regularly
- Prepare students adequately for internal and external examinations
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and instructional materials to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support student development
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and performance
- B.Ed, B.Sc, PGDE, or M.Sc in English Language, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in top-flight schools
- Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is compulsory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
