Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English language and literature lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic improvement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Integrate Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into teaching and learning to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management on curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
- Foster the moral, social, and emotional development of students alongside their academic achievements.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering students' academic success and moral development.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing ICT tools for modern instructional delivery.
- Prior teaching experience in a recognized educational institution will be an added advantage.
