Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English Language lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Encourage students to develop a strong command of spoken and written English, including grammar, comprehension, and literature.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field (NCE or relevant certifications are also welcome).
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong passion for teaching and a demonstrated ability to engage students effectively.
