Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Nurture the holistic development of students socially, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and academically.
- Design and implement a creative, engaging curriculum that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to early childhood development.
- Assess and track student progress, communicating regularly and professionally with parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, extracurricular activities, and continuous curriculum improvements.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Early Childhood Education, PGDE, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience within an Early Years or Montessori setting.
- Sound knowledge and practical understanding of the EYFS framework and British-Nigerian curricula.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
