We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced English Language Teacher to join our dedicated academic team. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and dynamic English Language and Literature lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Prepare students effectively for internal and external examinations using modern pedagogical techniques.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to ensure the holistic development of every learner.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in English Language, English and Literary Studies, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification teaching experience in a reputable primary or secondary school.
- Demonstrated expertise in Nigerian and international English curricula.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
