Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons tailored to early childhood and primary education levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans focused on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to encourage academic growth.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and positive social interaction.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to discuss student development and address behavioral or academic needs.
- Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Possess a minimum of a National Certificate in Education (NCE), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), or Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in English Language, Education, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience teaching English Language in a reputable preparatory, nursery, or primary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and passion for working with young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
