About the Role

We are currently looking for an Engineering Relations Partner to join our dynamic Corporate Affairs and R&D teams. In this role, you will work closely with our talented engineering teams to tell the story of our technical innovations in a language that resonates with expert developers worldwide. This is a hands-on content execution role focused on translating what our engineers build and learn into high-quality narratives that earn genuine respect in tech communities, secure spots at top-tier conferences, and attract exceptional engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to discover, extract, and document compelling technical stories, milestones, and learnings.
- Translate complex software architecture, infrastructure developments, and fintech innovations into engaging, high-precision technical content.
- Craft high-impact conference talk abstracts, technical blog posts, documentation, and video scripts that highlight Moniepoint's engineering prowess.
- Engage authentically with global developer communities to build brand credibility, share open-source contributions, and showcase our technological advancements.
- Manage multiple content projects and publication deadlines independently in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
- A strong background in software engineering or computer science with professional coding experience and a deep understanding of developer workflows.
- Demonstrated experience working within a fintech, infrastructure, or high-scale engineering environment.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and accurately.
- Natural curiosity and strong editorial instincts to independently identify, investigate, and develop engaging engineering stories.
- Prior experience in developer relations, technical community management, or writing accepted conference proposals is a strong plus.
