Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured training and development program covering technical, operational, and soft skills.
  • Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing complex oil and gas projects.
  • Conduct technical research, data analysis, and prepare accurate engineering reports.
  • Gain proficiency in industry-standard engineering software, tools, and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support on-site or field engineering operations.
  • Strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Graduation years strictly between 2023 and 2025.
  • Evidence of completion of the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, travel, and adapt to rotational training schedules.
