Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, design, and supervision of physical infrastructure projects within the university.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, bills of quantities, and technical specifications for campus building works.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all physical planning projects and infrastructural assets.
- A recognized Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- Must possess the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge Certificate or Exemption letter.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and relevant engineering tools is an added advantage.
