About the Role

We are seeking a technically competent, safety-conscious, and hands-ron HVAC Engineer to supervise and coordinate our dynamic team of technical professionals in Nigeria. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive maintenance, installation, and repair operations while ensuring uncompromising adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate HVAC/AC technicians in executing installation, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
- Plan, monitor, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for diverse HVAC systems.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and provide prompt, effective solutions in the field.
- Inspect completed projects to guarantee compliance with technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor team productivity, and review technician maintenance reports.
- Conduct site inspections, assess technical requirements, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring proper PPE usage and hazard reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve technical matters and deliver exceptional service.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in HVAC/AC installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or leading technical field teams.
- Valid HSE certification and deep understanding of workplace safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with good documentation abilities.
