Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day execution of client projects, guiding and developing cross-functional teams of 3 to 5 consultants.
- Manage direct client relationships, overseeing the formulation of hypotheses, data gathering, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive the design and implementation of tailor-made business performance solutions that deliver sustainable results.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and client executives to solve complex organizational problems across various sectors.
- Postgraduate degree with an outstanding academic record, such as an MBA, MPH, MPP, PhD, or relevant advanced professional degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional consulting experience within international or fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, conceptual thinking, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and foster an inclusive team environment.
