About the Role

Eta-Zuma Group W/A Limited, a leading indigenous conglomerate with diverse interests in solid minerals, energy, and strategic economic sectors, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Employee Relations Personnel to join our Abuja headquarters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive organizational culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring seamless workplace operations across our growing enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee grievances, staff complaints, and conflict resolution processes professionally and confidentially.
  • Administer disciplinary cases, handle proper documentation, and issue queries and sanction reports in line with company policies.
  • Handle employee relations correspondence, generate comprehensive reports, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Monitor and ensure strict compliance with workplace policies and the employee code of conduct.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, staff events, and town hall meetings.
  • Coordinate employee welfare and benefits administration, including HMO and leave management.
  • Oversee attendance, punctuality, and weekend work administration.
  • Coordinate staff travel, logistics, and internal communications, including notices and staff recognition programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR administration, or conflict resolution within a structured corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and workplace compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and conflict management capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
