About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Human Resources department, ensuring that recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities are effectively coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and new employee orientation arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical employee files while ensuring the strict confidentiality of sensitive personnel data.
  • Handle HR-related correspondence, draft memos, and serve as a reliable point of contact for routine employee enquiries.
  • Track staff attendance, manage leave requests, and provide essential data support to the payroll team.
  • Coordinate training sessions, prepare workshop materials, and maintain comprehensive employee development records.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, policy compliance tracking, and routine HR reporting activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR management, HR administration, or a similar support role.
  • Basic knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR practices, and employee documentation processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with an uncompromising commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive under pressure.
