About the Role
P-GAT Industries is seeking a dedicated Emergency Response & Recovery Officer to join the landmark ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative revolutionizing logistics across Northeast Nigeria. In this critical full-time role based in Adamawa State, you will coordinate rapid responses to fleet incidents, roadside breakdowns, and battery-related immobilizations, ensuring safety and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate rapid response operations for fleet incidents, roadside breakdowns, and battery-related immobilizations across assigned routes in Adamawa State.
- Manage recovery logistics efficiently while prioritizing personnel safety and asset protection.
- Maintain comprehensive incident reporting and documentation for all operational emergencies.
- Collaborate with technical field service teams to resolve vehicle issues swiftly and minimize downtime.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards during all emergency interventions.
- Diploma or National Diploma (ND) in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Transport/Logistics, Emergency Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in roadside recovery, fleet support, emergency response, transport operations, or technical field service.
- Strong decision-making abilities, high safety awareness, and the capacity to perform effectively under intense pressure.
- First aid, emergency response, or technical recovery certifications will be an added advantage.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with verifiable academic, professional, and employment records.
