About the Role
Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company specializing in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities, with our office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced ELV Technician to join our professional team and ensure the seamless operation of critical building systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily maintenance on electrical and extra-low voltage systems, including CCTV cameras, smoke detectors, public address systems, and access control.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in fire alarm systems across various brands and models, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
- Prepare accurate inspection, maintenance, and service reports, documenting system conditions, findings, corrective actions, and compliance status.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and system failures, providing timely resolutions to restore facility protection functionality.
- Candidates should possess at least an HND or OND qualification in Electrical Electronics Engineering or a recognized Trade Test.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as an ELV maintenance technician within the facility management sector.
- Proficiency in working with various fire alarm panel brands such as SIMPLEX, CHEMITRON, KIDDIE, and FM200 Systems.
