About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Campaign Supervisor to join our team in Nigeria. In this critical on-site role, you will act as the primary technical and HSE representative for contractor activities, ensuring the seamless execution of routine maintenance operations while upholding the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical and HSE management representative on site for all contractor activities.
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate routine maintenance operations in close collaboration with the company Head of Maintenance.
  • Distribute daily tasks to site sub-teams, manage implementation, and launch QA/QC operations and inspections as required.
  • Monitor maintenance progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and maintain proactive measures to prevent production downtime.
  • Oversee team management, including rotation schedules, behavioral compliance with safety regulations, and identification of training needs.
  • Validate technical reports, participate in daily and weekly site coordination meetings, and prepare comprehensive FM reports.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (BSc/BEng, HND, BTS/DUT, or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in construction or routine maintenance within oil and gas production installations.
  • Strong working knowledge of oil and gas treatment processes, equipment principles, and SAP/R3 software.
  • Proven ability to lead large multinational teams independently and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
  • Physical fitness to work on offshore installations under challenging climatic conditions.
  • Professional proficiency in English; French language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
