About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated ELV Technician to join our growing facilities management team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily maintenance on electrical and extra-low voltage systems, including CCTV cameras, smoke detectors, public address systems, access control, smart lighting, and HVAC control.
- Troubleshoot and repair all ELV equipment using appropriate hand and power tools.
- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems while inspecting ELV components.
- Identify electrical and ELV problems using a variety of specialized testing devices.
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure that wiring and equipment are installed correctly.
- Conduct maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures and promptly respond to fault requests.
- Identify electrical faults or safety hazards to maintain a secure environment.
- Work in confined spaces and maintain a strict commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience as an ELV maintenance technician, preferably within the facility management sector.
- Possession of Trade Test 1-3 certifications.
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with standard HVAC protocols.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and work plans.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
