About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Perform daily maintenance on electrical and extra low voltage systems, including CCTV cameras, smoke detectors, public address systems, access control, smart lighting, and HVAC controls.
- Troubleshoot and repair all ELV equipment efficiently using appropriate hand and power tools.
- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems while inspecting ELV components regularly.
- Identify electrical and ELV problems using a variety of specialized testing devices.
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure that wiring and equipment are installed correctly.
- Conduct maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures and promptly respond to fault requests.
- Identify potential electrical faults or safety hazards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an ELV maintenance technician within the facility management sector.
- Possession of Trade Test 1-3 certification.
- Proficiency in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with standard HVAC protocols.
- Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and complex work plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
- Ability to work safely in confined spaces and a strong commitment to occupational safety standards.
