About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent ELV Technician to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless operation of critical extra low voltage systems across our client facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily maintenance on electrical and extra low voltage systems, including CCTV cameras, smoke detectors, public address systems, access control, smart lighting, and HVAC controls.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all ELV equipment efficiently using appropriate hand and power tools.
- Install and maintain complex wiring, control systems, and lighting networks while regularly inspecting ELV components.
- Identify electrical and ELV problems using a variety of advanced testing devices and follow blueprints to guarantee correct installation.
- Conduct maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures and respond promptly to urgent fault requests.
- Identify potential electrical hazards and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as an ELV technician, preferably within the facility management sector.
- Possession of Trade Test 1-3 certifications.
- Proficiency in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with standard HVAC protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and work plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
