About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned ELV Project Manager for an expatriate assignment to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of comprehensive Extra Low Voltage systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end ELV project lifecycle management from initiation through successful completion and handover.
- Plan, schedule, and control project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Oversee system design reviews, technical compliance, and installation quality.
- Manage procurement, materials tracking, and vendor coordination effectively.
- Monitor budgets, project costs, and overall financial performance.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and formal project handover.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of proven ELV and Low Current project management experience.
- Strong technical background in CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, AV, and BMS integration.
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale commercial and industrial projects, preferably within Nigeria.
- Exceptional leadership, budgeting, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
