Operating successful physical salons in Lagos, Nigeria and Sandton, South Africa, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional beauty experiences to our discerning clientele. We are currently seeking a skilled, creative, and professional Braider to join our dynamic team in Lagos and help us continue setting the standard in luxury hair care.
Key Responsibilities- Execute a wide variety of intricate and modern hair braiding styles with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to understand their styling preferences, hair texture, and maintenance needs.
- Provide expert advice on hair care, scalp health, and protective styling maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with salon health and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every client enjoys a luxurious and welcoming salon experience.
- Collaborate effectively with other stylists and salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven professional experience as a Braider in a reputable salon environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, speed, and versatility in various braiding techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of natural hair care, scalp maintenance, and protective styling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry.
- Relevant beauty certifications or vocational training will be considered an advantage.
