Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with international and Nigerian primary education standards.
- Maintain excellent classroom management to foster a safe, inclusive, and child-centred learning atmosphere.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and school management.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and educational technology to accommodate different learning needs and styles.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to organize extracurricular activities and school events supporting holistic development.
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. with a recognized teaching qualification in Education or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven teaching experience in a primary or elementary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of modern lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student assessment techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with basic computer literacy for administrative tasks.
- TRCN certification or active registration is considered a strong added advantage.
