About the Role
Femtech Information Technology Limited is a prominent Nigerian IT solutions and consulting company established in 2002. Based primarily in Kwara State, we operate as a leading technology hub offering comprehensive gadget retail, corporate networking, and vocational training across North-Central Nigeria and beyond. We are currently looking for a dedicated and proficient Electronics Technician to support our technical operations and ensure optimal customer satisfaction through quality repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various electronic devices, computer hardware, and mobile gadgets efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on office equipment, networking gear, and retail electronics.
- Solder faulty components, replace damaged screens, and handle complex circuit board repairs.
- Provide technical support and expert advice to customers regarding gadget usage and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all repaired items, spare parts inventory, and service logs.
- Collaborate with the retail and vocational training teams to support technology adoption and skills transfer.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational guidelines at all times.
- Possession of a relevant National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Trade Test Certificate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in electronics repair, hardware troubleshooting, and gadget maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify complex technical issues quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and dexterity in handling delicate electronic components.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
