In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers navigating our extensive electronic inventory, helping them find cutting-edge technological products that suit their lifestyles and budgets. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for supply-chain efficiency and consumer convenience, ensuring every shopper leaves our store satisfied and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing expert guidance on a wide range of electronic products including home appliances, mobile devices, and entertainment systems.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by proactively upselling and cross-selling merchandise.
- Demonstrate product features, functionalities, and benefits to potential buyers effectively and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing electronic sales floor in alignment with company merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves promptly, and report stock discrepancies to the store management team.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Minimum of an OND, NCE, or Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven work experience in retail sales, specifically within the consumer electronics sector, will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Deep passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn and explain complex electronic specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
