About the Role
Hebo Auto Company Limited is a trusted distributor of genuine Toyota spare parts and accessories, offering comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services. We are recruiting a skilled Electrician and AC Service Technician to join our ultra-modern workshop team. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive electrical and climate-control systems while maintaining the highest Toyota technical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults using approved diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and wiring diagrams
- Inspect, test, and repair vehicle starting and charging systems including batteries, alternators, and starters
- Service and troubleshoot lighting systems, power windows, central locking, and other electrical accessories
- Perform A/C system inspections, refrigerant recovery, leak testing, evacuation, and charging using proper equipment
- Diagnose cooling performance issues, compressor operation faults, and refrigerant leaks
- Conduct electrical and A/C system testing post-repair to ensure functionality and customer satisfaction
- Perform vehicle road tests to confirm faults have been resolved
- Maintain accurate diagnostic records and job documentation
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and workshop staff for efficient job completion
- Observe all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements including proper PPE usage
- Stay current with emerging Toyota electrical and automotive technologies through continuous training
- Minimum O Level Certificate with 5+ years relevant work experience
- Valid driving license
- Knowledge of Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) preferred
- Automotive certifications or professional training desired
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and overtime when required
