Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, control systems, and power distribution systems safely and efficiently.
- Interpret complex electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams to accurately determine precise installation requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on various electrical installations and industrial equipment.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, circuit breakers, switches, sockets, distribution panels, and transformers in compliance with safety standards.
- Trade test, relevant vocational qualification, or completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
- Professional engineering certification or official registration, where applicable and required by industry standards.
- Proven professional experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting within commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong working knowledge of local electrical safety codes, regulations, and best practices.
