About the Role
Felton Energy Services Ltd (FESL), a leading indigenous oil and gas procurement, operation, and maintenance company in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Civil Engineer. In this dual-focus role, you will lead high-value civil engineering projects while actively driving business development, technical sales, and strategic client acquisition within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, execution, supervision, and delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure construction projects.
- Review engineering drawings, structural calculations, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities, leading the preparation of competitive technical and commercial bids.
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence by securing new business opportunities across Nigeria and international markets.
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial interface with clients, regulators, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, project personnel, and sales professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, construction management, and project execution.
- Proven track record in business development, technical sales, tendering, and project acquisition within the oil and gas or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, project controls, and commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a willingness to travel as required.
