About the Role
Kaplo Africa is Africa's most innovative Human Resource and Business Support Solutions provider, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge business advisory and human capital solutions across diverse sectors. We are currently seeking two experienced, dependable, and driven Electrical Technicians and Foremen to join our dynamic project team in Kogi State.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on site.
- Lead, guide, and manage electricians, technicians, and artisans to ensure optimal productivity.
- Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications accurately.
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical systems to implement swift corrective measures.
- Monitor the quality and progress of works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to approved designs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of completed tasks, materials used, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all site operations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with other technical teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on practical experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Possession of technical certifications, Trade Test, NABTEB, OND, HND, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising teams of technicians or artisans.
- Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, safety procedures, and technical drawing interpretation.
- Physical fitness for on-site environments and immediate availability to resume in Kogi State this weekend.
