About the Role
PSC Industries Limited, a leading Europe-based solar electricity and renewable energy manufacturer located in Ikeja, Lagos, is expanding rapidly across Nigeria. We are seeking two highly qualified and experienced Client Services Engineers to manage our solar field installation teams and drive our mission of providing cost-competitive, eco-friendly energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Install comprehensive solar, inverter, and streetlight systems with a dedicated project engineering team.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, feasibility assessments, and load separation analyses.
- Supervise the deployment of complex inverter systems, battery banks, and solar arrays.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, site analysis documents, and technical recommendations.
- Document project milestones through accurate photography and video recordings.
- Commission completed installations and manage client handovers professionally.
- Travel extensively (up to 85%) to project sites across Nigeria and West Africa for durations of up to seven days.
- Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Physics.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in solar system and inverter installations.
- Expert-level proficiency in electricity load separations and single-phase/three-phase inverter systems.
- Familiarity with premium inverter brands such as SMA, Deye, Fronius, Growatt, Atess, and Schneider/Xantrex.
