We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative electrical systems for our residential estate projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability across all developments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and evaluate electrical systems, components, and equipment for residential estate projects.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant Nigerian and international safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot electrical faults, and provide effective engineering solutions to technical challenges.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and material estimation for electrical installations.
- Supervise contractors and junior technical staff on-site to maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience working as an Electrical Engineer, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in electrical design software and project management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Relevant professional certifications and active membership in bodies like COREN or NSE will be a distinct advantage.
