About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Manage proper and timely execution of all electrical engineering and design deliverables for ongoing projects.
- Lead the Electrical Engineering and design unit within the Engineering Department, defining discipline scope and project proposals.
- Ensure cost, schedule, material quantity, and budget control while managing project change tracking and KPI objectives.
- Perform and check complex electrical design calculations for loads, short circuits, device coordination, and voltage drop using standard software.
- Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, technical bid analyses, and vendor submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, project management, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical queries and ensure full compliance.
- Support proposal development, mentor junior engineers, and drive value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive proven experience in electrical engineering and design within the oil, gas, or energy sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical bid evaluations, vendor management, and conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- In-depth knowledge of international design codes, standards, and standard electrical engineering software.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and achieving department KPIs.
