About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Material Analyst to join our esteemed team at DSR Numan. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, and supporting our commitment to operational excellence and cost leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Review, verify, and convert employee purchase requisitions into purchase orders while ensuring strict budget and policy compliance.
- Analyze material usage trends and forecast future material requirements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts and audits, and perform data analysis to verify stock availability.
- Provide oversight for store operations with strong attention to detail and maintain accurate reporting in the procurement database.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Social Sciences, Engineering, or related courses.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in material management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong competencies in data analysis, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
