About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will oversee all electrical installations on-site, ensuring our residential and commercial projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and commercial excellence. Key Responsibilities- Supervise all site electrical works including LV distribution networks, containment, cabling, lighting, power sockets, and sub-metering.
- Oversee standby generator installations, automatic transfer switches, solar power systems, and external or street lighting.
- Manage specialized installations such as CCTV, access control systems, and data and communications cabling.
- Ensure all external electrical installations are properly specified and rated for coastal exposure.
- Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and inspect all first-fix installations, cable routes, and fire barriers.
- Lead final-phase electrical commissioning, testing, and inspection, and produce all required test certificates and as-installed drawings.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with COREN registration strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of electrical site engineering experience working on major residential or commercial projects.
- Demonstrated expertise with standby generators, solar power systems, and coastal-rated electrical installations.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Nigerian and international electrical standards and wiring regulations.
- Active membership in the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is a distinct advantage.
