About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic plant operations team and ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on all electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment within the pharmaceutical factory.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults rapidly to minimize equipment downtime and maintain continuous production schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety regulations, and environmental health standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal technical teams for major electrical installations, upgrades, and system overhauls.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment history records, and inventory reports for spare parts and electrical tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and optimize factory operations.
- Possession of an OND qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Must have 5 to 10 years of hands-on working experience, specifically within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, automation, and safety protocols in a regulated production setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
