About the Role
Roadlamp Limited is a leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) company operating in the Nigerian oil and gas sector for over 7 years. We are currently looking for a commercially astute and technically proficient Bidding & Tendering Lead to spearhead our bid management activities, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, and act as a technical assistant to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end bidding and tendering process for prospective oil and gas projects and business opportunities.
- Review invitations to tender, requests for proposals (RFPs), and technical specifications to identify potential risks and requirements.
- Coordinate inputs from engineering, project execution, procurement, finance, and HSE departments for comprehensive bid submissions.
- Develop and maintain rigorous tender schedules to ensure timely and accurate submission of competitive proposals.
- Support management in assessing business opportunities, developing bid strategies, and formulating bid/no-bid recommendations.
- Utilize e-tendering platforms such as SAP Ariba to manage tender documentation and client interactions.
- Conduct post-tender reviews and maintain an organized database of tender outcomes to drive continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in bidding, tender preparation, and proposal management within the Oil and Gas, EPC, or EPCIC industry.
- Hands-on experience utilizing e-tendering platforms like SAP Ariba.
- Demonstrable ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, commercial negotiation, and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
