Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, automation, and instrumentation equipment, including industrial motor controls and pump drives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults in electrical machinery, control systems, and appliances down to the component level to maximize equipment lifespan.
- Conduct maintenance, installation, and repair of control centers, high-voltage equipment, and high-voltage motors.
- Maintain engine generators, associated control circuit equipment, and building electrical circuits.
- Service and troubleshoot variable frequency drives (VFDs), soft starters, alarm systems, and programmable control systems.
- Execute thermographic inspections on electrical distribution panels and motor control centers to preemptively identify potential hazards.
- HND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in handling industrial motor controls, pump drives, generators, VFDs, and soft starters.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and deep knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures.
