About the Role
Swift Consulting, a leading business support organisation, is recruiting a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and maintaining comprehensive electrical systems, with specialisation in solar energy solutions, power generation, and electrical distribution across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design, install, and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
- Plan, supervise, and maintain power generation systems
- Execute electrical wiring installations for residential, commercial, and industrial applications
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems
- Conduct site surveys, electrical load assessments, and feasibility studies
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, technical reports, and project documentation
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards
- Supervise technicians, contractors, and project teams effectively
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment
- Liaise with clients and provide technical support throughout project delivery
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven work experience in electrical engineering
- Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems, power generation, and distribution networks
- Proficiency in electrical design software including AutoCAD or equivalent
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Registration with relevant engineering professional bodies (advantageous)
