About the Role

Our service offerings include Marine Solutions such as Rig Moves, Swamp Tugs and Barges, Offshore Vessels, Skilled Manpower, Technical Services, Engineering Design, and Laser Scanning. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to contribute to our growing engineering team in Nigeria and deliver excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop comprehensive electrical systems, schematics, and layouts for marine, oil, and gas applications.
- Ensure all electrical engineering designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate electrical solutions into broader engineering designs.
- Prepare technical specifications, bill of materials, and detailed reports for ongoing projects.
- Conduct site surveys, technical audits, and troubleshooting for existing electrical installations.
- Review contractor submittals and provide technical guidance during the implementation and execution phases.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in electrical design, preferably within the maritime, oil and gas, or petrochemical sectors.
- Proficiency in standard electrical design software and computer-aided engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of international engineering standards, safety regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
