In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-standard electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring that every luxury property we build reflects our uncompromising dedication to quality, safety, and modern technological integration.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems, advanced wiring, and high-end fixtures across our exclusive residential and commercial construction sites.
- Read, interpret, and accurately execute blueprints, technical diagrams, and detailed electrical schematics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults swiftly and accurately, ensuring timely, efficient, and completely safe resolutions.
- Ensure all electrical installation and repair work strictly complies with relevant Nigerian safety codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with site engineers, project managers, and fellow artisans to guarantee all electrical tasks align perfectly with tight project timelines.
- Relevant professional qualification or certification in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in electrical work, with a strong preference for candidates with active construction site backgrounds.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the safe and effective use of standard electrical tools, power tools, and advanced testing equipment.
- Prior working experience on luxury residential or commercial construction projects will be a distinct advantage.
