About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic production team in Nigeria and contribute to our world-class manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the production process through the assembly, inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, Low Voltage Panels, and distribution systems.
- Assemble electromechanical equipment and systems based on engineering drawings and production timescales.
- Diagnose and replace defective components in motors, generators, controllers, switchboards, conductors, switches, and electrical fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in equipment and panels to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide assembly and installation processes.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure compliance with project specifications, optimize costs, schedules, and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain electrical machines and instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in electrical assembly and installation within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, precision, and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to industrial electrical work.
