About the Role
Nina Jojer Limited is a reputable Nigerian consulting firm specializing in public policy solutions, business strategy, and technical services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Education State Facilitator for our Kano operations to drive impactful educational development across hard-reach areas.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Education and Youth Empowerment project work plans in partnership with state education agencies.
- Conduct primary and secondary data collection, cross-sectoral analysis, and weekly reporting on UNICEF interventions.
- Perform quality assurance activities at the LGA, community, and school levels to ensure adherence to planned interventions.
- Collaborate with MOE, SUBEB, and SAME EMIS officials to support Annual School Census data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Provide technical support to LGEA staff for the effective coordination of education policies, school safety, and community engagement.
- Document lessons learned, best practices, and human interest stories on a regular basis.
- First degree in Education, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in capacity development within the education or social sectors, preferably in Northern Nigeria.
- Fluency in English and Hausa, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, data management, and Microsoft Office suites.
- Demonstrated experience working with UN or NGO programs and humanitarian contexts is an added advantage.
